Placental Abruption with Subamniotic Hemorrhage: A Case Report

Background: Subamniotic hemorrhage is a rare lesion with abnormal ultrasonographic findings that caused by placental abruption. We report the case of patient abruption who presented antepartum bleeding in whom ultrasound subamniotic were detected. This resulted early diagnosis, leading to favorable clinical outcome this patient. Case: A primigravid 35-year-old woman visited emergency room due vaginal at 36 + 4 weeks gestation. Ultrasound examination revealed had not been evident on previous antenatal ultrasonography. An emergent cesarean section was performed, and diagnosis confirmed. The baby discharged after an uneventful course hospital. Conclusions: Detection helped achieving prompt intervention against acute ensured outcomes. thorough placenta should be performed when managing patients bleeding.
